Welcome!

We would love for you to join us in the worship of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ.  Our services are about an hour long, and everything we do during the service is designed to honor and glorify Jesus.  We rely on the Bible as our final authority for all things pertaining to life, including our intention to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. We welcome you with open arms!  God bless you today!

Lesson's from the Bible

If we look back at the cross we see something terrible. A painful way to die. People in the time of Jesus often saw people hanging on crosses slowly dying. It was done publicly to scare the people into obeying Rome. It filled people with fear and disgust. Slow, painful, embarrassing, agony.

Jesus died that death. Should we look back in horror and turn from looking at it? Truth is because it was so terrible it shows us just how much God loves us. We can look at that cross and see the love of Jesus making it something beautiful to us. Jesus left the glory of heaven, lived as a lowly human, suffered a horrible death because He wants us to be with Him through eternity. He paid the price for every sin we have ever committed or ever will. All we had to do was thank Him and give ourselves to Him. Horrible became beautiful with Jesus!

To Ponder:

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.
